Megan & Kyle - Malibu, California

An Oscar de la Renta gown, a rustic lodge in the hills of Calabasas, and an emphasis on family and love; Megan and Kyle’s Spring wedding was the perfect culmination of timeless California elegance and down-to-earth hospitality.

Stylish Dolce & Gabbana looks for the bride’s family and bright pops of color from Holly Flora served as an ode to the magic of Spring. The thoughtful details continued with the expertise from Duet Weddings: patterned linens from the bride’s sister, a four-tiered cake from Kyle’s restaurant, and close family friend, Clare Vivier, officiating the ceremony.

Guests were also treated to custom cocktails on the patio, a live performance from their college a cappella group, and seasonal dishes from Saddle Peak Lodge. But the party really kicked off when Kyle’s siblings hit the stage (after a quick outfit change into matching Air Jordans, no less!) for a spontaneous concert.

From beginning to end, and every moment in between, the celebration felt like an intimate gathering of friends, which is a testament to Megan and Kyle’s intentional vision in keeping things just as meaningful as they were beautiful.
