Emily and Bill’s celebration at their beautiful home in Southern California was what backyard wedding dreams are made of. With their incredible Tudor style home in the background, they surrounded themselves with their closest friends and family amongst garden roses and sunshine for an evening that won’t soon be forgotten.
Glasses of champagne greeted each guest as they walked through the gate, and a lounge area next to the garden gave everyone the opportunity to laugh and share stories before the ceremony. As if the scent of nearby roses and flutes brimming with Ruinart rosé weren’t intoxicating enough, the ceremony itself was adorned with lush florals from Swiss Bloom and crystal chandeliers sparkling overhead.
With just 40 of their nearest and dearest, Emily and Bill shared the most endearing vows. And from there the party got started! Cocktails on the back terrace, a DJ flipping records, hors d’oeuvres from Jennifer Naylor passed around, and the happiest bride I’ve ever known. Late night coffee and pancakes were stationed near the dance floor just as the stars came out and the music lasted for hours… these are the kind of celebrations I love most.
